Warranty & Guarantee
Mayfield Chocolates is dedicated to providing customers and gift recipients with a superior chocolate experience and guarantees to stand behind its claims as made on the site.
However, if there is any apparent defect in any product as supplied, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product, by email, or fax to +61 7 3832 1849. We reserve the right to request, where we deem it appropriate, that the product be returned to us in its original packaging by insured post to help us evaluate the defect. At our discretion, Mayfield Chocolates may replace items or refund the purchase price, or part thereof. Any such action is to be taken as being directed to maintaining good customer relations and not as an admission of liability of any kind.
Disclaimers of Warranty
Mayfield Chocolates does not purport to disclaim warranties imposed by law.

We do appreciate comments and suggestions from our customers and site users, to help us improve our products and services. However, if you do send us a message about a proposed new idea about new marketing, advertising, product, and/or packaging concepts and/or improvements, your message will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential and becomes our property and may or may not be used by us for any purpose.
This policy is to avoid confusion about our ownership of new concepts. For example, we may be working on the same or similar ideas you have thought of. If you feel that your idea has value and you want to make money out of it, do not send it to us - just re-read the preceding paragraph and think again.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Retail prices include the Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is a VAT (value-added tax). Orders for delivery by us directly outside Australia and its external territories are not subject to GST, so the customer in that case may deduct 1/11th of the retail value (including freight) to achieve the final purchase price.
